Founding and Strategic Growth

The Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites supervises The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Project for Utilization of Hady & Adahi, in accordance with Cabinet Resolution No. 360.

This project is one of the key programs aimed at:

• Enhancing the ritual management system
• Improving the experience of pilgrims
• Boosting operational and service efficiency in the Holy Sites

Through its oversight, the Royal Commission seeks to:

• Ensure institutional integration among stakeholders in Hajj and Umrah services
• Adopt innovative operational strategies with a focus on digital transformation
• Develop comprehensive electronic platforms for booking and performing rites
• Establish strategic partnerships with public, private and non-profit sectors
• Provide sustainable solutions for animal waste disposal
• Ensure meat reaches eligible recipients locally and globally through approved distribution

Objectives

The project facilitates the performance of Hady, Udhiyah, Fidyah, Sadaqah and Aqiqah for the guests of Allah, including pilgrims, Umrah performers and visitors to Makkah throughout the year.

This initiative is aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, supporting cooperation between government, private and non-profit sectors to deliver high quality services.

Management and Implementation

The RCMC oversees the management and implementation of project operations through partnerships with public and private sectors.

Operation Complexes

The Adahi Project consists of eight integrated complexes in Makkah Al Mukarramah.

Procurement of Livestock

The project enters into agreements with leading sheep suppliers in the Kingdom.

Prices

Coupon prices cover veterinary checks, execution, processing and distribution.

Capacity

Adahi facilities can accommodate 1.5 million sheep and 10,000 camels and cows.

Meat Distribution

Meat is distributed locally and globally across more than 27 countries.
